What condition do the clothes have to be in?Updated 13 days ago

We ask that all items sent through our Take Back Bag program be clean, dry, and in good, wearable condition.

Items don't necessarily need to be freshly washed if they're already clean, but anything that's been worn or used and needs cleaning should be washed before being packed.

Our goal is to give unwanted clothing and textiles a second life, so please avoid sending items that are heavily stained, ripped, damaged, moldy, or contaminated.
