How does the Take Back Bag work?Updated 6 days ago

Fill it up: Add up to 15 lbs of your unwanted clean clothing and textiles to your Take Back Bag.

Activate your label: Scan the QR code on your bag to register your return. You’ll receive a FedEx Easy Returns QR code along with the nearest eligible FedEx Easy Returns drop-off locations.

Drop it off: Bring your Take Back Bag and QR code to an eligible FedEx Easy Returns location. The location will scan your QR code and process your return. You do not need to print or attach a shipping label.

| Please note: FedEx Easy Returns is only available at participating locations, so not all FedEx or FedEx partner locations can process these QR codes. Be sure to use one of the eligible locations provided when registering your return.

We’re actively working to expand our return options and expect additional options to become available by the end of September.

We process it: Once your bag arrives at our facility, everything is sorted and graded for reuse, upcycling, or recycling to help keep textiles out of landfills.

Earn TrashieCash: Once your bag is scanned at drop-off, TrashieCash is automatically added to your account, and you'll move forward on the milestone tracker toward your next reward.
