What is the Toy Box?

The Toy Box is Trashie’s toy take-back program designed to help keep gently used toys that your family has outgrown or no longer wants out of landfills. This program is intended for toys that still have life left in them for reuse or responsible down

Do I receive a physical box to send toys in?

No, the Toy Box is a digital product, so no physical box is shipped. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the registration flow that walks you through generating your UPS return shipping label or QR code. You’ll provide your own box.

What size box can I use for the Toy Box?

Is the Toy Box included with Trashie Unlimited?

The Toy Box is available as a digital purchase for $35 per box for non-members. Trashie Unlimited members can add Toy Box access for a $15 annual add-on, which includes unlimited Toy Box shipments for the year.

How does shipping work for the Toy Box?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the registration flow to generate your prepaid return shipping label. Returns are UPS only, with label and QR code options available.

What happens to the toys sent in the Toy Box?
