Do I receive a physical box?
No. The Digital Clothes Box is a digital product, so no physical box is shipped. Instead, you'll use your own sturdy cardboard box, and we'll provide the prepaid shipping label after you complete your order.
What kind of box can I use?
You can use almost any sturdy corrugated cardboard box you already have, including Amazon boxes and moving boxes. Your box must:. Have no side larger than 16”. Weigh no more than 20 lbs
When do I receive my shipping label?
After ordering your Digital Clothes Box, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. If you don't see it, be sure to check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
Can I still use Take Back Bags?
Yes! The Digital Clothes Box is an additional option, not a replacement. You can continue using physical Take Back Bags, use the Digital Clothes Box, or both.
